1. Open Google Chrome web browser and type chrome://flags/ in the address bar and press Enter. This will open the advanced configuration page.
2. Now type managed in the "Search flags" box.
It will directly go to the following option:
3. To disable/remove the "Managed by your organization" message in Chrome, select Disabled from the drop-down box.

4. Google Chrome will ask you to restart the browser. Click on "Relaunch now" button to restart Google Chrome.


NOTE: If this does not work to allow users to install the extension they want while logged into Google Chrome with their UPenn account, please refer them back to their school's IT support for further assistance.  They are the administrators of these accounts and will be able to give the person a definite yes-or-no answer as to whether they can install the extension,
