If a PennKey user is unable to use Windows Hello after successful registration and gets an an error “Couldnʼt use Windows Hello” preventing successful authentication, use the resolution steps below.
Resolution requires settings modification: Windows Settings → Accounts → Passkeys
- Microsoft Password Manager: Off
- Save passkeys to this Windows device: On
