COVID-19 Update

At every point, the safety of our staff and our users is our top priority. The Tech Center is located on the ground floor of Van Pelt Library.
At this time all Penn Libraries buildings remain closed, in-person events are cancelled until further notice, and access to library facilities
is limited to a small number of library staff.

All services are subject to change; revisions will be made as necessary with guidance from the University of Pennsylvania,
city and state officials, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Tech Center provides assistance to Penn constituents with technical issues. Support is offered to off-campus Undergraduate and Graduate students,
residents of Sansom Place East and West, Greek Houses, and users of the Library.

Currently, Tech Center support is strictly remote. Emails and tickets will be reviewed and responded to 24 x 7.
