Penn Medicine / School of Medicine
Important: The School of Medicine does not participate in PennO365. Penn Medicine uses its own Microsoft 365 environment.
School of Medicine and Penn Medicine users should be directed to the Penn Medicine O365 FAQ or contact Penn Medicine support at 215-662-7474.
Licensing After Graduation
If a student asks what will happen to their PennO365 account after graduation, refer them to their School's IT department/LSP.
Each School handles PennO365 account deactivation differently, so deactivation dates may vary. Students should be advised to back up or transfer any files and information they want to retain before their access ends.
PennO365 Features
Eligible students can:
Install Microsoft Office on up to five personal devices, including PCs, Macs, and supported mobile devices.
Synchronize class notes using OneNote.
Use Microsoft Office Online to collaborate and co-author Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents in real time.
